Kindly peruse the above note of AEE, In view of the above facts, it is recommended that the revised “Consent to Establish” (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Commercial SCOs 54 and 01 Drive thru in an area of 3.80625 Acres and total built up area 19939 sqm may be granted project proponent upto 03.01.2028 with subject to suitable conditions as mentioned in the original consent to established already obtained by the project proponent and additional special condition that the project proponent shall abide to obtain EC in case the built up area shall be increased from 20,000 sqm, please.
