From the perusal of previous notes, It is submitted that the Zonal Office has directed that the Project Proponent be asked to apply for Partial Consent to Operate, in view of actual occupancy and the shortcomings observed during inspection.
Accordingly, the application may be returned, and the Project Proponent is requested to re-apply afresh for Partial Consent to Operate according to current occupancy and after compliance of the deficiencies pointed out during the site visit and compliance of conditions as mentioned in granted CTE certificate.
