On perusal of the note, it is observed that it is a industrial cum commercial township however, application has been dealt from commercial project angle only. No details regarding type / nature of proposed industry are given, generation, treatment and disposal of effluent, availability of land for disposal of effluent, Proposal for APCD is not clarified. Further, whether the said is covered under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 and its amendments from time to time keeping in view total Built up area/ Land area or Nature of industry etc. Also needs the detail of industries whose specific guidelines has been notified by Govt./PPCB. Details of Revenue report w.r.t. siting criteria. Please recheck the application form of the industry especially Category in which applied, Total Cost of Project and P&M. |
