Sir, kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended that the Consent to Establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act,
1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of a new unit for manufacturing of Hot washed pet flakes @ 9 MTD by using raw material as Pet bottles scrap@ 10 MTD may be granted to the industry for one year with usual suitable conditions, please. |
