It is submitted that the undersigned received the application on 21.01.2026 at 11:37 am for the purpose of obtaining legal opinion from the Senior Law Officer of the Board, which is required to be sought within a period of three days. However, as per the OCMMS portal, the application is scheduled to be auto-deemed after the expiry of two working days. Further, in view of the approaching holidays, it is apprehended that the matter may attain deemed status without due consideration. Accordingly, immediate action on the application is recommended. |
