It is submitted that the point wise reply to the observations raised by Zonal Office-1, Patiala is as under:
1. RO has mentioned that the pp has 1.6 acres of land area for disposal of treated wastewater to be developed as per KT. However, no land/lease documents for the said land has been submitted online………..
Reply: The lease agreement is placed below for kind perusal……….
2. RO is required to mention the disposal calculations showing the hydraulic loading of effluent……….
Reply: As per the feasibility report submitted by the project proponent, there will be generation of 341 KLD (186 KLD onto available green area of 1.60 acres), 148 KLD Flushing requirement recycled in the colony by providing Dual Plumbing line system) of wastewater and 5 KLD Evaporation loss……….
The one acre area will consume 70 KLD wastewater i.e. 1 acre – 70 KLD……….
Thus, 1.6 acres – 112 KLD and remaining 74 KLD will be discharged within the green area and plantation developed along the boundary within its premises.……….
As such, the proposal submitted by the project proponent is adequate……….
