The reply of the clarification has been given by the above AEE, which be considered, please. It is therefore again recommended that Varied 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for existing production and discharge may be granted to the industry up to 31.03.2026 for Washing of Denim Jeans @ 2000 Nos/day along with discharge of trade effluent @ 98 KLD & domestic effluent @ 0.5 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD with suitable conditions.
