After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that PP has installed requisite waste water treatment facility and adequate disposal arrangement and complying with decision of hearing .
If approved, it is recommended that project proponent may be granted fresh consent under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act,1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 up to 30.09.2029 under orange category for operation of marriage palace having capacity 250 persons with usual conditions and special conditions .
