After perusal the application and RO report, the RO may clarify the following: -
1. The RO has not submitted details regarding proposed built-up area, applicability of SAC and Environmental Clearance.
2. The disposal arrangements for treated trade effluent proposed by the industry.
3. Whether the proposed APCD for the 6 TPH boiler is adequate to meet new emission standards for boiler notified by MoEF&CC through gazette notification dated 16.05.2023, which has come into force from 15.05.2025.
4. The proposed project cost as per the DPR submitted by the industry and adequacy of CTE fee submitted by the industry.
