| Clarification Note: |
Earlier, the following clarifications were raised to project proponent:-
1. The project proponent has again submitted details of 1.5 acres (12 Kanal) of additional land to be used for discharge of treated sewage of the proposed colony whereas it has proposed 02 acres (16 Kanals) of land for this purpose. The PP has attached the same registry of 04 kanals at serial number 02 & 04 of the pdf heading certificate number IN-PB00224970782514N. The PP is required to submit details of remaining 0.5 acres (4 Kanals) of land proposed.
2. The registries as a proof of ownership of the proposed land as overlapping of the same registry at serial number 02, 04 & 05 etc. The PP is required to submit all the separate registries of the total proposed land to telling totaling 162 Kanal 19 Marlas as mentioned in the INDEX plan of the land registry submitted. Further, the registry mentioned in point number one above bearing certificate number IN-PB00224970782514N or same khasra numbers of 4 kanals has also been submitted as part of the proposed site of 162 kanals at serial number 02, 04 & 05 of the pdf submitted as proof of ownership of the proposed land.
No reply was submitted by the Project proponent. Now, project proponent has submitted the application with discrepancies. It is requested to submit/clarify the following within two days:-
1. The registries as a proof of ownership of the proposed land as overlapping of the same registry at serial number 02 & 04 etc. The PP is required to submit all the separate registries of the total proposed land totalling 162 Kanal 19 Marlas as mentioned in the INDEX plan of the land registry submitted.
2. The PP has not submitted ownership proof/lease deed of 02 acre of adjoining land area which is used for disposal of waste water. |
