In view of the note/ recommendation of JEE, it is recommended as under:
1.Consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2026, subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.
2. Show Cause notice for refusal may be issued to the hospital for violating the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and BMW Rules, 2016, please.
