As discussed, it is intimated that the project proponent has submitted an undertaking and intimated that “We will treat the waste water of the colony with STP proposed in the project and will dispose waste water after treatment in parks as per approved site plan. If get beyond the KLD limit of our plantation area, we have also proposed to discharge waste water after treatment into the mc, sewer for which we will obtain approval from the concerned authority for connectivity of the sewer before commissioning of our project. In case if we will unable to obtain the approval for connectivity of the sewer from the concerned authority, we will develop the adequate plantation area for disposal of treated waste water of our colony”.
Further, the project proponent has also submitted copy of proposal regarding management of solid waste to be generated during construction phase as well during operational phase. Copy of undertaking and proposal submitted by the project proponent is attached herewith.
It is again recommended to grant NOC under pollution angle to the residential colony in light of my note dated 16/01/2026 please.
