It is submitted that Water samples were collected from outlet of ETP on 17.12.2025 and sent to the Board’s lab for analysis, for which results are as given: pH 6.7, TSS: 54 mg/l, COD: 75 mg/l, BOD: 16 mg/l, oil and grease: 6.5 mg/l, MLSS: 490 mg/l, MLVSS: 380 mg/l. Hence, the limits of these parameters are within prescribed limits. Hence, if approved, it is recommended that short term Consent to Operate may be granted to the industry under the Water Act, 1974, please. Competency – Hon’ble Chairman of the Board |
