Sir, As per NOC granted 3 Soft flow machines (2 x 300 KG and 1 x 200 KG) were proposed. Also, allied machinery was proposed for finishing of fabric however no particulars details were given in project Report. The Industry has NOW installed two soft flow machines of Capacity 400 KG and 300 KG (against NOC of total 800 KG). For washing, finishing and allied works the unit has installed 8 chambered stunter, 6 Raising machines, 2 shearing machines, 1 slitting machine, 1 Brushing machine, 1 hydro machine, 6 pole dryers, 2 Tubular, 5 Tumblers and one Polishing machine. The allied machinery was not mentioned in NOC. 2.0 The Industry has developed plantation area in an area of 1 acre. The plants are currently 3 feet high. 3.0 The industry has applied for fresh authorization under HWM, Rules, 2016. The agenda note for the same will be sent today….submitted along with additional condition no. 11 that Industry will install piezometer near its gate away from plantation area with in one month and submit in writing to the regional office regarding the same. |
