The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has submitted the partnership deed for running a firm in the name & style of M/s King Industries at Mirpur Road, Village Kalewal, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib; however, it has applied for obtaining NOC in the name & style of M/s King Alloy Metals at Vill. Ajnali, Tehsil Amloh, Mandi Gobindgarh. Kindly clarify.
2. The industry has not submitted the manufacturing process flow chart.
As such, the industry is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
