The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:- 1. The industry has not submitted general siting guidelines (i.e. distance from nearest village phirni/lal lakir, residential area/15 pucca houses and nearest ULB) from concerned revenue authority. The PP was requested to submit the above details. However, the industry has not submitted any reply in this regard till date. therefore, the application is returned with request to re-apply for the same after attending the observations above please |
