Previously, the RO recommended the case for grant with suitable conditions one of which was to develop the additional land for plantation on an area of 20 acres as per EC conditions…………..
Now, in deficiency of mainly the above reason, the RO has recommended to issue show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate………………………………..
If approved, RO may be asked to comments on the following:-
1. For what occupation and discharge the consent has been applied?
2. Whether the present discharge is more or less than the discharge for which the consent has been applied.
3. Whether the project proponent has adequate land for the discharge being generated at the moment.
4. Whether the disposal arrangements available with the project proponent are adequate even if the project proponent does not utilize the treated wastewater for flushing and HVAC.
5. What is the proposal of the project proponent for future expansion?
