In view of above, may if approved:- 1. The request of de-sealing of washing section may be considered. 2. Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2026 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special condition that the agency shall maintain a record of trade effluent treated as well as recycled for washing of vehicles on daily basis and shall submit the same before 5th of every month .
(Competency – Chief Environmental Engineer due to hearing given).
