Project Proponent has proposed to establish Hotel Rooms @ 20 no., Multi-Cuisine Restaurant @ 1 no. & Party/ Event Hall @ 1 no. under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. 2. The Project Proponent has already deposited Rs. 18000/- vide UTR No. 568084002 dated 23/12/2025 as NOC under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- as form fee and same is adequate upto one year period. 3. Submitted report issued from the Senior Town Planner, Amritsar vide no. 1884 dated 17/12/2025 regarding approval of building plan / CLU of the proposed hotel. The Project Proponent has also submitted copy of approved building plan issued by Senior Town Planner, Amritsar vide no. 1884 dated 17/12/2025. 4. The project proponent has submitted copy of farad as land record and copy of lease deed of the land. The project proponent has also submitted copy of partnership deed and project report of the proposed hotel. 5. As per approved site plan submitted total built up area of the hotel is less than 20000 sq meters and said project is exempted to obtain Environmental Clearance as per EIA Notification, 2006. 6. As per project report submitted the hotel has proposed to install STP to treat domestic effluent and treated effluent will be discharge for plantation purposes. It has proposed 02 nos. DG Sets of capacity 200 KVA & 50 KVA with acoustic enclosures. 7. The proposed site was visited by undersigned on 21.01.2026 and it was observed that the proposed site situated at revenue estate of Village Dodwan, Tehsil-Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur. No constructed work has started at the site.
RO has recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be granted to the Hotel for one year period with suitable conditions along with special conditions as under:- 1. The project proponent shall develop adequate plantation for disposal of treated domestic effluent as per proposal submitted.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be granted to the Hotel for one year period with suitable conditions along with special conditions as under:-
1. The project proponent shall establish on the same khasra no. as mentioned in DTP letter no.1884 dated 17.12.2025
2.The project proponent shall develop adequate plantation for disposal of treated domestic effluent as per proposal submitted
3. The project proponent shall not operate without obtaining consents of the Board.
