it is submitted that the total cost of the project as mentioned in the application form includes development works (proposed activities delineated in the project report).
the plantation area is principally adequate considering application rate of 65-70 KL/acre. the plantation area has been earmarked in the approved layout plan( attached for reference).
Due to inadvertent calculation error, the built up area was mentioned as 3170 sqm. As per the plan submitted by the industry, the proposed built up area is 3043 sq metres which is less than 20000 sqm.
Also the PP has removed the earlier discrepancies |
