Sir, it is submitted that legal opinion has been taken by Senior Law Officer of the Board, which is attached herewith. As per the legal opinion given by the SLO, the project does not attract the provisions of the EIA notification dated 14.09.2006. However, an additional special condition may be imposed that the project proponent and the individual plot owners (residential and commercial) shall not exceed the built-up area of the project more than 1,50,000 sq. meter and in that eventuality, the project proponent shall apply and obtained the Environmental Clearance from the Competent Authority.
