It is submitted that earlier the industry was issued show cause notice along with personal hearing due to violations of the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, which are not closed in the e-noting till date, due to which the industry does not have an option to apply for renewal of consents to operate.....Also, since there is no expansion by the industry, therefore varied consents were also not applied by it...as such, the only option left to the industry was to apply for fresh consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 please...Submitted please... |
