The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The hospital has not deposited the Environmental Compensation amounting to Rs. 1,99,44,000/- as well as Rs.65,59,875/- imposed by the Board due to failure to comply with the provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Biomedical Waste Management Rules, 2016 within the timelines mentioned in the Board's order no. 494 dated 11.11.2025 and no. 25 dated 22.01.2026.
2. The hospital has not deposited the consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
As such, the HCF is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
