It is submitted that the industry has submitted feasibility report w.r.t APCD provided on the boiler section, wherein it has been mentioned that the industry will provided Pulse Jet based Filter Bag System on the boiler of capacity 12 TPH (agro based fuel) and it will be adequate to achieve revised emission standards of 250 mg/Nm3 as per MOef & CC notification dated 16.05.2023. …………
In view of above, it is recommended that the Consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2026 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with special conditions that: - 1. The industry shall install the requisite APCD mentioned in the feasibility report, before its commissioning the coming season.2. The industry shall intimate the Board whenever it starts its operation in the coming season so that stack emissions sample can be collected……………
