Sir, Industry has applied under old category. As per policy for the Board 'White Category of industries / projects notified by the PPCB exempted from ‘Obtaining Consent to
Establish’ (NOC) shall have to get registered with the PPCB providing details of their project in a
simplified form through Online Consent Management & Monitoring System (OCMMS) at
https://ppcb.punjab.gov.in available on the Board's website. A system generated acknowledgement
will be issued to the applicant/project proponent upon successful submission of data and
undertaking'. The application need not be processed and be returned if approved as white category certificate are self-certified. Submitted Please. |
