Sir the industry was revisited by the undersigned on 22/01/2026 for checking the compliances of the decisions of personal hearing dated 19.12.25 and observations were as following:-
1. The industry has installed wet scrubber with the APCD and now also has installed energy meter with the APCD.
2. The industry was using agro waste (i.e. patta kutti) as fuel in its boiler section and mechanized feeding of fuel as been observed during visit.
3. Industry has provided shed for storage of fuel and ash.
4. The industry has now submitted a bank guarantee of Rs. 1 lakh valid for a period of 01 year.
In view of above, it is recommended that ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Dyeing Of Polyester Cloth @ 9000 Kgs/day alongwith operation of one boiler of capacity 03 TPH with Cyclone Separator as APCD may be issued to the industry for the period of three months subjected to special conditions that:-
1. Indusrtry shall not use unauthorized fuel in its boiler.
2. Industry shall not emit black smoke from its stack.
