It is submitted that the RO had earlier processed the application for grant of CTOs to the unit.
While processing the application, the RO was raised certain observations with request to furnish clarification to the same vide note dated 11.01.2026.
Now, the RO has mentioned in reply that the project proponent was asked to clarify regarding the said observations but has failed to submit any reply to the said observations and recommended that the application may be returned to the project proponent with request to re-apply the application after addressing the said observations.
However, it is seen that the RO has neither raised any online clarification to the unit w.r.t. the said observations nor attached any correspondence/ email wherein it had asked the unit to submit reply regarding the same & the unit had failed to do so.
If approved, the RO may be directed to first issue a formal communication to the project proponent seeking clarification on the observations pointed out vide note dated 11.01.2026 and to place the same on record for further consideration. |
