Sir, the point wise reply of the observations is as under:

1 Since, it is a godown, therefore, under which category, the process of the industry is covered as per new regime of categorization as per issued by CPCB in Feb. 2025 as well as the subsequent office orders regarding categorization issued by Punjab Pollution Control Board in Nov. 2025. It is submitted that the process of the godown falls under the Green category; however, as per the revised categorization regime issued by CPCB in February 2025, no specific Green category has been prescribed for the said process. Therefore, the godown has applied under the Miscellaneous Orange category in accordance with the Board’s Office Order No. 38869-87 dated 24.11.2025
2 Since, the fixed assets have been increased from Rs. 85.96 lac to Rs. 225.20 lac, details of the fee deposited be mentioned. As per the record, the godown had deposited Rs. 42,000/- vide UTR No. N091211459025770 dated 02.04.2021 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 42,000/- UTR No. N091211459018959 dated 02.04.2021 under the Air Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry was adequate upto 31/12/2030 under Green category against the fixed assets of Rs. 85.96 lacs as per office order dated 29/10/2018.
Now, the godown has applied under Orange category and it has submitted the CA certificate amounting to Rs. 225.20 lacs. Considering date of commissioning as 16.01.2025 (Date of Electric Connection), the fee already deposited by the godown is adequate upto 30.06.2026 after adjusting Rs. 8400/- as NOC regularization fee and deducting 100% penalty under the both Acts as per Board's office order dated 29.10.2018.
3 The agenda note has not been generated by the Regional Office, due to which this office is unable to fill the details in the certificate after approval. The online agenda has been generated.
