On examining the application and linking with record file of the project, it was observed that CEE (L) has raised certain observations in the previous returned CTE application of the project, wherein it was asked to clarify the following:
1. The project has not attached any document proving that site is in residential zone . The applicability of siting guidelines will be decided after the submission of Zone document. Approved layout plans and LOI only testimonies the concurrence of the departments but not governs the suitability of site requirements. 2... Regional office has not provided suitability of site w.r.t air polluting industry / MAH. 3.....Regional office has stated that the NOC is applied for 9.41 acres, whereas layout plan is for 15.942 acres. .........If approve noting be reverted to RO for immediate compliance of the above |
