On examining the application, it was observed that in the previous returned CTO application of the industry, CEE (L) has raised following observations to the application:..........
1....On one side, Regional office has reported that industry has changed name from Pacific Dyers to R S Dyeing on other hand industry is again applying consents under Pacific Dyers...........Place documentary proof regarding ownership..... 2.....There was legal dispute of ownership and last consent was given with the condition to settle the dispute..... What is the status ..... 3.....In whose name, the present shares are .....in Pacific Dyers or RS dyeing......or in personal name .....what is his relation with the industry ....... 4......Visiting officer has mentioned TDCO Number but has not confirmed whether electric connection is actually disconnected or not....Check electricity bills and SCADA records and certify that industry is closed...... 5.....Earlier consent was granted by the Board in 2022. later on it has obtained auto renewals ................What was the dyeing machinery at that time and what is the machinery installed now...... Is there any expansion,,,,,,,,,, Whether industry fulfills PPCB directions dated 6.5.2025..... 6......SCADA readings of 6 months ....whether within consented discharge..... 7.....Whether, industry stack samples were not collected in recent drive.....What is the fuel being used.......and whether, results are confirming to revised standards 8......However no reply in this regard is mentioned in the present application………
If approve, noting be reverted to RO to clarify the above before proceeding ahead……………
