May if approved short term consent for 3 months be granted to the unit with a condition that it shall get its stack emission sample carried out by the Board within one month...The grant of consent is also in conformity with the office order dated 25.06.2025 issued by the Board vide which the competent authority has decided that the consent under the AA, 1981 be granted to the units till the time units get their APCD upgraded so as to achieve the standards as prescribed by MoEF&CC vide its notification dated 16.05.2023.....This is a fresh case and has never obtained CTE/CTO of the Board....The unit has installed baby boiler and Board has never pushed for specific APCDs for such baby boilers....Also the prescribed standards for the same are 500mg/Nm3....Submitted for approval as above please.... |
