It is intimated that industry is small scale red category unit and is enaged in the electroplating process, As per report of RO which may be perused, The industry is found complying with the provisions of the water act,1974 . Keeping In view of above, if approved, varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2030 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board (Competency Senior Environmental Engineer) |
