Kindly peruse the note of EE, ZO. On examination of the facts recorded therein, it is submitted that the consents stand in principle approved, being within the competency of SEE.
Further, in view of the above, it is recommended that:
1. Environmental Compensation of Rs. 1.00 lakh may be imposed upon the industry, being a small-scale unit, as per the approved precedent of the Board.
2. Punjab State Power Corporation Limited may be directed to permanently restore the electricity connection of the industry after deposit of the Environmental Compensation by the industry.
3. Regional Office-2, Ludhiana may be permitted to de-seal the machinery of the industry.
