1.....There is increase in boiler capacity due to replacement of old boiler of 70 TPH with 75 TPH. Though, the industry claimed that there is no increase in power generation, but it has not submitted any written confirmation from PSPCL or any other concerned department so as to check that electric generation has not exceeded from 14.5 MW. It is a borderline case, as power generation plant beyond 15 MW will attract provisions of EIA notification 2006.....
2....The industry has not submitted any documentary proof of Land classification from DTP being located in industrial zone or with respect to fulfillment of other siting guidelines so as regularize the enhanced boiler capacity from 70 TPH to 75 TPH.
If approved, SCN with hearing before Chairperson Ma'am may be issued. Further, RO to certify before hearing that issues of black smoke have been mitigated with the change of boilers/ APCD and CCTV cameras are in operational conditions and connected to Board server, please |
