| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was noticed as under:
1. The institute has applied under old category. As such, the institute is required to apply under new category i.e. 10.1 - Building construction project ≥ 20,000 sq. m. built-up area.
2. The institute has submitted the old CA certificate due to which the adequacy of consent fee could not be ascertained. As such, the institute is required to submit the latest CA certificate as on 31.03.2025.
3. The institute is required to submit the detail of students i.e. day scholar, hostelers separately alongwith staff to ascertain the water consumption as per the latest norms finalized by SEIAA.
4. The institute has not submitted proper compliance report of the conditions of the CTOs earlier granted to it; as it has only mentioned ‘Agreed’ & ‘Noted’ as most of the remarks in the compliance status and not submitted detailed compliance/ remarks regarding compliance made by it. Also, the compliance report has not been duly attested by the authorized signatory with proper date stamping.
5. The institute is required to submit the copy of the layout plan approved by CTP, Punjab dated 17.12.2009 as mentioned in special condition no. 2 of the last CTOs granted to it, so that the same can be verified at site.
6. The institute is required to submit the compliance of the Sustainable Environmental Management Guidelines issued by the MoEF&CC vide Office Memorandum dated 09.06.2015.
As such, the institute is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
