It is submitted that the reply submitted by the project proponent to the observations is not satisfactory.
It has currently only developed only 1 acre plantation area out of 3 acres, whereas the PP was granted CTE with the special condition that: “The project proponent shall provide plantation as per Karnal Technology in at least 3 acres area before this monsoon season and this land shall not be used for any other purpose till the connectivity to terminal STP to be installed by the GMADA.”
Further, the project proponent has still not submitted authenticated proof of CER activities and the project proponent submits that the authenticated proof of CER activities shall be submitted at the earliest upon receipt of confirmation by different departments.
In view of above, the reply to the observations is not satisfactory and the application is hereby returned with the request to re-apply the same after ensuring the compliance to the above said observations. |
