Sir, it is intimated that the industry has submitted reply of observations raised by Zonal Office vide note dated 19,20.01.2026. The industry has submitted that they are in the process of improving their environmental compliance measures and they have purchased a new double stage alkali scrubber (APCD), which is already under installation. In this regard, the industry has submitted copy of invoice No. 0097 dated 18.10.2025 for purchase of the same, please.
Copy of TDCO bearing book No. 501 and serial No. 95 dated 28.11.2025 issued by PSPCL for disconnection of electricity supply is also attached herewith for information please.
Submitted with same recommendations as earlier please.
