Please clarify:
1.The industry has submitted a previous compliance report pertaining to another firm, M/s Shree Ganpati Bio Fuel, Badlada, Mansa, along with the application. However, the application pertains to M/s Friends Rice Udyog. The industry is required to submit the correct compliance report and clarify the discrepancy.
2.The industry has not submitted the required undertaking stating the reasons for the variation in consent. The same shall be submitted.
3.The CA certificate submitted appears to mention old project cost values. In case the industry has installed or increased any machinery in the premises, the corresponding expenditure shall be included in the CA certificate. Further, the consent fee shall be submitted as per the total revised project cost.
4.The industry has not submitted the adequate consent fee along with the application form. The balance consent fee, as applicable, shall be deposited. |
