The application was scrutinized and it was noticed as under:
1. The PP was earlier granted CTE extension in the name of Sh. Rajesh Sharma, (Authorised Designatory); however, it has now applied for obtaining extension in the name of Vividha Infrastucture Pvt. Ltd., Orangization. Kindly clarify.
2. The total ground water abstraction has been mentioned as 429 KLD in the application form; however, it has mentioned the total water consumption @ 1042 KLD. Kindly clarify.
As such, the PP is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
