| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The Project Proponent has proposed to develop a residential colony over a land area measuring 61 Kanal 0 Marla 4.5 Sarsai, however, the revenue record submitted comprises registered deeds for 15 Kanal 0 Marla and a consent letter for 36 Kanal 13.5 Marla, totalling only 51 Kanal 13.5 Marla, which is less than the proposed land area.
2. The PP has submitted letter issued by M.C. Sri Muktsar Sahib vide no. 3304 dated 29.10.2025 Which is reproduces as under:
Ajmer Avenue Through M/s AGM Enterprises (Partner's Ashwani Kumar) ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪਾਪਰਾ ਐਕਟ ਅਧੀਨ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਨੂੰ ਨਗਰ ਕੋਂਸਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸੋਲਿਡ ਵੈਸਟ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਅਤੇ ਕਲੋਨੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਡਿਸਚਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਗਰ ਕੋਂਸਲ ਦੇ ਐਸ.ਟੀ.ਪੀ. ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਕ ਜੋ ਸੀਵਰੇਜ ਸਟਰੀਟਮੈਂਟ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਕਲੋਨੀ ਦਾ ਵੈਸਟ ਪਾਣੀ ਲੈਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਮਰਥ ਹੈ।
