Detailed facts given in the note of AEE. During the visit effluent as well as stack emission samples were collected. However, analysis reports are awaited.The industry has also submitted effluent sample reports of SIMA labs, New Delhi dated 23.11.2025. The results are within prescribed limits.
In view of above, it is recommended that:-
1. Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be decided in light of the analysis results of the samples collected during visit.
2. Directions may be issued to the PSPCL authorities to restore the electric connection temporarily for 06 months after decision at Pt. no.1, please. |
