Ma'am, the point wise reply of the observations is as under:

1 RO has not mentioned the details of quantity of generation, treatment and disposal of the trade effluent generated from CIP of the glue kettle Washing section in the agenda note. The generation of trade effluent generated from CIP of the glue kettle washing section is 0.1 KLD, for which the industry has installed evaporator and the whole trade effluent is being evaporated.
2 RO has not mentioned the details of generation & disposal details of boiler ash being generated from the unit. The boiler ash generated is being lifted by nearby farmers.
3 RO has mentioned in the note that Industry has installed bag filter followed by cyclone separator as APCD with the boiler of capacity 5TPH. However, as per the application form filled by the industry online, the industry has installed only cyclone separator as APCD. RO is required to clarify regarding the same. The industry has installed cyclone separator as APCD with the boiler of capacity 5 TPH; however, it has inadvertently mentioned as bag filter house as APCD.
4 RO has mentioned in the agenda note that the industry is utilizing the plantation area of its adjacent sister concerned unit engaged in the manufacturing ply board. RO is required to clarify regarding the same and clearly mention the details of generation, treatment, and disposal arrangements made by the industry for the domestic effluent being generated from its premises. It was inadvertently mentioned that the industry is utilizing the plantation area of its adjacent sister concerned unit for the disposal of domestic effluent. Both units have separate tanks, which were verified at the time of visit.
The domestic effluent @ 2.5 KLD is being disposed off onto plantation area within the premises of the unit after treated through septic tanks.
