Reply to the queries: 1. Since M/s Vividha Infrastructure Private Limited is a private limited company and Mr. Rajesh Sharma is only an authorised signatory, therefore the applicant's name is "Vividha Infrastructure Private Limited." Therefore, a clerical error that occurred in the earlier application was corrected. 2. Yes, the fresh groundwater requirement for the project is 429 KLD only; however, the remaining 613 kl water requirement for the purposes of flushing, irrigation of green area, etc, will be fulfilled from the treated STP wastewater of the project.
Presently, only a small portion of the overall water requirement is needed for the project's operational running.
