Bank Guarantee: The PP has submitted bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 2.00 lacs, which is valid upto 29.11.2026……….
STP Status : STP has not been constructed. As per personal hearing decisions taken by the Competent Authority, the project proponent shall immediately provide septic tank at the site for the waste water being generated from the occupied houses and the project proponent has accordingly installed septic tank as per the decision of personal hearing………
Land Available: The project proponent is having adequate plantation area within its premises to utilize entire domestic effluent………….
Compliant contents : The project proponent has made all necessary agreement to dispose off treated effluent with onto land for plantation within its premises and no stagnation / illegal discharge was found observed during visit. As such, the contents of the compliant has already been redressed by the colonizer………………..
Fee : The industry has deposited Rs. 36000/- vide UTR No. 321082546 dated 19.12.2025 as water consent and Rs. 36000/- vide UTR No. 994160792 dated 19.12.2025 as air consent fee against fixed asset of Rs. 750.00 lakhs as on 30.11.2025 as per CA certificate dated 19.12.2025, which is now adequate upto 30.09.2027, the date of commissioning of the project has been taken December, 2025 and accordingly, the CTO fee is adequate upto 30.09.2027 after deducting 10% penalty fee.
