In view of the report/ recommendations given by Regional Office, if approved, consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of MS Ingots Castings of Iron and Steel @ 168 Metric Tonnes/Day, Runner Risers @ 6 Metric Tonnes/Day Or Concast Billets (CCM) @ 168 Metric Tonnes/Day Or Bars & TMT Angles, Channels, Flats, Joists & Rolled Product (Rolling Mill Unit) @ 168 Metric Tonnes/Day may be renewed upto 30/09/2029 with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall comply with the decisions of personal hearing held before the CEE(B) on 22.01.2026, please.
