The application of the industry has been scrutinized, and it has been observed that the industry commenced operations w.e.f. April 2016. However, based on the date of commencement, the consent fee deposited appears to be inadequate. In this regard, the industry is required to submit clarification along with complete details of the consent fee deposited, including the basis of calculation, within 02 days as the application may be considered accordingly. |
