Sir, as per above report of AEE, the industry not is complying with the decisions of personal hearing dated 13.11.2025 as well as with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974, Air Act, 1981 & HOWM Rules, 2016……. Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consents to operate applied under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be refused pls and action under the provisions of Water Act, 1974, Air Act, 1981 & HOWM Rules, 2016 may be initiated against the industry pls.
