The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent in its application form as well as feasibility report has not mentioned about the APCD to be installed at the battery breaking facility, which needs clarification.
2. The project proponent is also requires clarify the source of obtaining used lead batteries to be used as raw material.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
