On scrutinizing the case it has been observed as under:
1. The service station has submitted a completion certificate and project report for an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) of 05 KLD capacity; however, the documents pertain to a different firm at the same address and do not relate to M/s Dada Motor Enterprises LLP, GT Road, Bajaj C-Block, Baba Phool Singh, Amritsar.
2. The service station has not submitted a copy of the permission/approval obtained from the Municipal Corporation Amritsar (MCA).
Clarify within 02 days.
