The report of RO was examined and it is observed that , The service station has installed one D.G. set of capacity 250 KVA with canopy but with inadequate stack height.The Service station has provided one painting room with bag filters to collect secondary
fugitive emissions. The used bag filters are stored inside the premises of the service station
and as per the representative the same are lifted to some unknown person. May if approved, the service station be issued SCN to submit reply within 07 days as to why the consent to operate under the AirAct,1981 of service station be refused and action not be initiate against it under the said act.
